Ran into an issue with my computer late last week and was dumbfounded as to what, why, who, where, when, if ............. Thanks to the exceptional customer support provided by QB Cyber a/k/a Johnny K, I was back up and running in nothing flat and very well educated on how to properly back-up a system and data. This ain't the first time Johnny got me out of a jam and considering he built this machine for me about 5-6 years ago and it's run flawlessly ... aside from hardware and software I installed without seeking John's technical advice first - yep, I admit it, the only problems I ever had with this machine were caused solely by ME. I tell ya folks, you want a hassle-free machine, just call on John and do what he tells you to. Mark

John, Still trying to figure out the new OS but it sure is [glow=red,2,300][/glow]The engineering modeling program that used to take 10-14 hours on my old, old machine. When I switched to the last one you built the same amount of modeling took 2 hours to run a complete cycle. I didn't get my KVM switch yet but I swapped the cables and set it to run a cycle this morning. I thought something went wrong, by the time I got washed and ready for work, it was done - complete cycle in 00:18:51 Yep, <19 minutes! ;D ;D ;D
