Pal Nut, those things that look like tophats. OK, what's the trick to removing them? I needed to swap wheels on a snowblower ( you remember those Mark) Anyways, it took me close to 1/2 hr to snip away at them. Crowbar and a hammer didn't work, maybe a chisel or grinder? There has to be an easy way!
