I gotta check Mark's board more often. I just noticed the move the other day. How many of us made all the toolboard moves? I remember fighting about Snappy vs. Craftsman what was it 7-8 years ago? Heck I moved to another state and my kids grew up since then. What was the original board? I can't even remember who started that one.

I've checked here recently and it's a little old starting some rant. We all know it must be deliberate, what certain administration is doing to the Nation. There is a sense of apathy. That sense of loss . So if I haven't anything to say positive then why say it?
How about cheap Chinese drill which used to be $10 costing $30 ? The devaluation of the dollar practically insures major resets.
I'd prefer to think positive and the wise have "stocked up". I'm pretty stupid in that regard. i'll be working on some particle beam cannon (no I'm not) when the occupying force comes to where I retreat to. It's all a bunch of bs. Everybody has to roll over because they would have every identity and family recorded and as usual the enemy would have it too.
We can have faith in that. To be slowly bled out like a ripe deer. Then carved up. That is not a message to send. Deer are so graceful the way they work. They are sprightly and powerful. those who bag and eat them are normal. However taken to partisan which becomes entirely open. Take to the point where the citizen is slowly consumed and then discarded. That is what we face.
Remember, long ago, citizens of Only This Country were renamed "consumers".

I've been busting butt trying to keep my business rolling. 12-16 hours in the shop then another 4-5 hours trying to get more work done in the house, doesn't leave much time for anything else.

The economy sucks so bad it's not even funny because everything the politicians are doing is intentional to destroying the capitalist system. The only positive side-effect brought on by the actions of the current regime is that people are starting to "buy smarter". People who were buying cheap crap from feebay and discount websites are slowly finding out that they can buy much higher quality products from reputable dealers like myself. I sell industrial abrasives, where most people were buying cheap sanding belts and pads that don't last are finally figuring out that it is far more cost effective to pay a little more for a quality product and have it last 3-10 times longer than the cheap crap. No one can beat the quality or my prices on 5" & 6" PSA backed sanding discs, they're top quality but on average are $9-$15 lower in cost per roll simply because I deal with the same bulk wholesale all the others are buying from so my customers aren't paying the extra costs of having a brand name stamped on them. I'll clue you in on something else too, two of the most common American brand name PSA discs are made by a third-party in Mexico. I got some of that expensive "brand name" Mexican crap because the side-by-side trial done by a potential client makes the sale for me. That's besides the point, got a call from a from a fellow in Memphis looking for a muzzeloader, got to chatting and he runs a machine shop. They were buying cheap Chinese aluminum oxide sanding belts and going through several cases per week. No, I couldn't touch the $3.25/belt China price on the A/O but when I got the details on the materials they were working with, I put him into Zirconia belts costing $10.80 each ... difference being that it takes 9 Chinese A/O belts to do the same amount of work as just one Zirconia belt. Doesn't take long to figure out that $10.80 is a whole lot more cost effective than $29.25

Must a straight straw be used or will one of the flexible straws work as well? Figured that if you were targeting your product to Inside Tools crowd, the unit had to be hot air powered!
