by Only 5-4 was the 2nd amendment recognised.. as it pertains to states etc. One after another and this huge blowout has been botched by the cleanup opportunities. Total ineptitude unless it's part of a larger program. Then BHO is kissing up the Russians while his administration is sending a hero back to be tortured and murdered and right after that there is this big break on Russian spies. Some huge project that took years is exposed now.
So this huge project exposed now. Really.

Our Country is being ruined by the inaction of this administration to use the various seacraft OFFERED to them to contain the pollution WHILE the shutdown causes rigs to move away from our waters. While the buildings vacant of companies which made things are filled with corpse of gov't.
While another slides into the Supreme Court.
One welcomed by the likes of Leyhe and Levin and others. I don't even think their partisanship resides dem. It is some hateful destructive attitude. It's not from necrosyphlaitia or something.

Necrosyphlesia isn't a word. It is a concept. Similar to one who,let's say has many partners. There are apparently those who have plumbed the dead and dieing so long for votes by taxing and Screwing them so long, they eventually get something.
Over time it travels to their brain. This is on display when you see this otherwise vile interaction of grilling the future appointee held back temporarily. On partisan grounds or for a purpose.
The needling and drillings which have sent family members out of the chambers in tears;

Very scary that the 2nd Amendment of the U. S. Constitution was upheld only 5 to 4. I guess belief in the Constitution is not a requirement for Supreme Court Judges.

Note that during her confirmation hearing, Judge Sotomayer affirmed her commitment to upholding the 2nd Amendment.

She voted against it in the Chicago case this week. She is just one more lying liberal who will strive to undermine the constitution. Too bad she cannot be impeached for lying!!

Now look at the next liberal candidate they are currently fawning over. I predict more of the same. One more resignation, and we won't be able to own a cap gun. Oh, oh: I forgot, the California legislature (like several other states) is current working on a bill which would ban carrying a gun in CA. Any bets on the Supreme Court's action on that in a year or two?

In this upside down world now it occurs that in extreme emergency, if one was a registered dem...
In other words if one already has their fingerprints on file in some section of the justice section and has a record of using a firearm,
it's a short leap to think they could be cadre in the new civilian
extortmxxxx um.... protection service.
